The Alien Love Bite:
Could It Happen to You?

With Spring just around the corner and Valentine's Day upon us, it's that time of year when a young man's fancy turns to thoughts of love. But according to author Eve Lorgen, the "cupid" entity pushing your emotional could just be a little less "mythological" and a little more "extra-terrestrial" than you'd have thought!

Go ahead and laugh now. Just get it out of the way. But when you're finished you may want to turn your (or your pesky pursuer's) attentions to the book entitled "The Love Bite : Alien Interference in Human Love Relationships."(Link is to Amazon.com purchasing information.)  In it Lorgen, an abduction counselor with a degree in Biochemistry, suggests that the abduction phenomenon is nowhere near as compassionate, or scientific, as some have expressed. Her book's first-hand reports from dozens of patients and detail from hundreds of other documented cases, imply a near sadistic bent in fact, defining "the love bite" as "a type of psychic rape whereby the victim is abducted, then manipulated into bonding with a love partner chosen by the alien beings."

Perhaps you saw the Stephen Spielberg epic "Taken," the 20-hour mini-series which scoured the abduction literature of the past 50 years to produce an actual chronicling of the best evidence for alien abduction - complete with a plot and purpose to the whole thing. You'll remember that the main action of the movie finally centered around one couple, abductees who had been "bonded" since childhood. Without any conscience recall of their prior meetings, they recognized each other when the movie's events brought them together, and fast became a couple. What they didn't know then, was that "on the spaceship" they had already produced a child together, whose genetic make-up had been meticulously planned by the aliens as a perfect end-product of generations of such alien-directed bonding.

While it seems like pure Hollywood imagination, the scenario was indeed a page right out of Lorgen's book. (I contacted her, and yes, she says the studio had been in touch with her.) Eve's version of the story, however, is a bit darker than Spielberg's. Recounting years of abduction therapy with individuals and couples, "The Love Bite" demonstrates many cases of fanatical, unrequited love, and even broken marriages as one partner leaves a spouse and family to pursue his or her alien-chosen partner. Lorgen maintains that the entities are perhaps "feeding from," but at least setting up and studying, human emotions specific to intense erotic bonding, romance, and especially despair and heartbreak. In short, a not so happy ending could be in store for victims of the love bite. So watch out next time you're set up on a blind date; maybe women really are from Venus!

Eve Lorgen will be speaking in Roswell this July at the Ancient of Days conference. Aside from The Love Bite, her topic includes
"Military Abductions and Mind Control."

Again, if you remember Spielberg's "Taken," another trait the aliens found desirable  was one family's tendency to "resist." That is, they fought back when "taken" rather than passively submitting to the experience. Roswell's "Alien Resistance HQ" aside, such "resistance" is likewise a page from Ann Druffel's book about resisting alien abduction. Druffel is also a speaker at the Ancient of Days conference.

Event co-ordinator Guy Malone is bringing a total of 14 expert speakers on UFOs and Alien Abduction together under one roof this July (Best Western Sally Port Inn). Most are published authors who will present their findings in lecture format, and engage in panel discussions afterwards. Three authors - Richard Dolan, John Greenewald, and David Sereda - all currently "hot" on the UFO conference speaker circuit - will present the best evidence available for the reality of UFOs, as well as official documentation that the U.S. government knows about them, and is covering up the evidence from the American public.

Other speakers will focus on the abduction phenomenon, presenting medical evidence and credible documentation by sources including representatives of Harvard, Temple & M.I.T. Universities. Two speakers will examine the "angelic abduction accounts" of the Bible to draw parallels to the modern phenomena, while others will present and debate the theological and political aspects of the possibility of ET life.

Malone says he is trying to work with UFO Festival organizer David Baumann and UFO Museum director Julie Schuester to bring all of Roswell's events into a mutually beneficial cross-promoting relationship. Especially for the benefit of potential visitors, he advocates a single, comprehensive event schedule detailing all of Roswell's July 4th activities. "I don't see the Ancient of Days conference as competing with the UFO Festival, or the Museum's activities," he says, but as "complimenting one another, giving potential tourists more choices, and all the more reasons to visit Roswell this summer."

See www.AncientofDays.net or call 505-625-8496 for conference registration details. 2 days of lectures are free to the public, 2 days (including a formal banquet dinner) require paid pre-registration.
